| (A) BIRTHDAYS AND OTHER FUNCTIONS : |
| Birthdays of Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda were celebrated on a grand scale with items such as Vedic chanting, meditation, special Puja, havan, devotional music, discourse and prasada distribution and the congregations have been growing every year. Special Puja, devotional music and discourses were also organised on Sri Ram Navami, Sri Shankaracharya Jayanti, Buddha Purnima, Sri Guru Purnima, Sri Krishna Janmashtami, Durga Puja, Christmas eve, Guru Nanak Dev Jayanti, Kalpataru day celebration on 1st January, Mahashivaratri, Sri Chaitanya Jayanti and on the birthdays of the apostles of Sri Ramakrishna. Sri Raja Chatterje sang devotional songs on various occasions. |
