| (C) ANNUAL COMBINED CELEBRATIONS : |
Annual Celebrations for the year 2007 were held from 28th March to 8th April 2007.
Sri R.C. Lahoti, Retd. Chief Justice of India, , Sri Pawan Kumar Bansal , Minister of State for Finance, Government of India and H.E. Sri V.S. Kokje, Governor of Himachal Pradesh were the chief guests in the Public Meetings on 6th, 7th & 8th April respectively. Swami Nirvikalpananda, President, Ramakrishna Math, Kishanpur (Dehradun) presided over the public meetings on all three days. The speakers on these Public Meetings of 6th 7th and 8th were Sri Kailash Thakur, of the Ramakrishna Mission, Delhi, Dr. Pramila Vasudeva, Former Professor, Dept. of Psychology, Punjab University and Dr. H.P. Sah, Department of Philosophy, Punjab University respectively.
Swami Kripakarananda of Ramakrishna Mission, Muzzafarpur presented a three day program of devotional music in the Bhajan Sandhya from 1st to 3rd April.
Annual Celebrations for the year 2007-2008 were held from 4th April to 9th April 2008.
Sri H.K. Dua, Editor-in-Chief, the Tribune Group, Padmabhushan Dr. B.N. Goswami, Professor Emeritus, Art History, Panjab University, and Honorable Justice Sri G.S. Singhvi, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, were the chief guests in the Public Meetings on 4th, 5th & 6th April respectively. Swami Shashankananda presided over the public meetings on all three days. The speakers in these Public Meetings of 4th, 5th & 6th April were Sri Omkar Chand, Chairman, Servants of People’s Society, Chandigarh, Sri A.P.N. Pankaj and Mrs. B. Sinha, former HOD Dept. of Religious Studies, Panjabi University, Patiala, and Dr. Vikram Kumar, Prof. Dept. of Sanskrit, Panjab University, Chandigarh, respectively.
Swami Shashankananda enthralled the devotees by a series of three days of a musical discourse of Sri Ramakrishna Kathasarovar with his party.
